By submitting this booking, I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into this agreement under New Jersey law. I acknowledge and agree that: I have reviewed the Cancellation & Appointment Policy, including the 48-hour cancellation requirement and applicable fees. I authorize Alora Wellness Spa / Alora Med Spa to charge my credit card on file for missed, late-canceled, or rescheduled appointments in accordance with the policy. I understand that all sales of services, packages, and products are final and non-refundable, subject only to the limited credits or exchanges described in the Terms & Conditions. I understand that by booking services, I consent to evaluation and treatment by licensed staff and that outcomes are not guaranteed. I agree to the Privacy Policy, including use of my personal information for scheduling, billing, and communications related to my care.
